COVID-19 Update & Protocols

We here pray and hope that all of us are safe and in good health and spirits during this pandemic which has engulfed everyone around us. We are sure that with precaution and by adhering to the guidelines as issued by the Health Authorities from time to time we can prevent this virus and overcome it.

The following guidelines as issued by the Local Authorities are being implemented for the safety of all the visitors as well as the staff members.

1. Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.

2. Use of face covers/masks to be made mandatory for all the guests and staff members.

3. Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible. Hand Sanitizers are placed at all Entry & Exit Points.

4. Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.

5. Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to state and district helpline.

6. Spitting is strictly prohibited and carries a fine.

7. Installation and use of Aarogya Setu app is mandatory .

8. At the Entrance we have mandatory hand hygiene (sanitizer dispenser) and thermal screening provisions.

9. Only asymptomatic staff and guests are allowed.

10. All staff and guests to be allowed entry only if using face cover/masks. The face cover/masks has to be worn at all times inside the hotel.

11. Staff is additionally wearing gloves and is taking all required precautionary measures.

12. All are employees are well within the age of 50 years and have had a complete medical checkup before joining their respective duties.

Meet & Greet Services  protocols :- 


Our service is restructured  in the post COVID-19 era.

Our customer service reps will be present at the airport and the points of assistance with the following guidelines

health check for all the representative will be done and their temperature will be recorded daily
•  There will be no physical contact during arrival “no garlanding”  at the airport to maintain physical distancing
• The representatives will always be wearing masks
• Greetings will be done in Indian style & tradition by joining both hands as "Namaste" 
• Our airport representative will not pick or touch a traveller’s bag.  
• We will try to avoid as much as printed document as possible. 

   The welcome travel kit will be emailed before the travel
• The representative will not accompany the guests to the hotel until requsted by guest.

Transportation & excursion protocols:- 

The driver and  helper & cleaner – will wear mask while travelling and in public places
• Vehicles will be sanitized after & before use 
• The helper will have disposable gloves and masks. 
• All the frequently touched spots, such as window switches, door handles, Interior lights, AC controls, Mirrors, documents pouch etc – will be sanitized 
• Protective dividers will be installed between the driver and passenger seats in the cars used for transfers
• Face shields will be used by driver and helper for the intercity transfer and long tours
• Each vehicle will only utilize 75 % of the seating capacity to maintain safe distance between the travelers

• All the guides will wear face masks during interacting with guest.
• Indian style greeting "Namaste" will be adopted as a standardized greeting policy.
• Guides will maintain adequate distance during tour & sighsteeing

• Avoid visiting to crowded places such as local markets, fair and festivities 
• We advise small group operations; 10 to 15 people in a group accompanied by a guide during the visits and excursions
• In case of Safaris, boat rides and cruise, and shared rides, the equipment and vehicles will be disinfected before and after
every single use
• Other travel experiences such as cooking with a family, a day with the artisans, interaction with the locals, village walks,
visits to schools and community centres will remain suspended till further notice.
